Working with ITILManagers.com, Conduite has created a go to resource of free ITIL templates and documents.
Created over 10 years of ITIL projects, the site offers free download of all documents in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
The original documents (the “source code”) such as MS-Word, MS-Visio and MS-Powerpoint versions, are available at nominal cost.
The rationale is that site users can download the PF, print and use. If they want to customise and adapt, rather than copy, paste and reformat, they can spend a token amount of loose change to get the original document.
The site has been primed with some very good ITIL V3 Training resources but the quiz sheets and basic process maps will work for any level of practitioner.
